Service Technician
Full-Time
Description:
At JRA Cycles, we take pride in our team of highly skilled bicycle service technicians, who are among the best in Greater Boston. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting meticulous and timely bicycle builds, engaging with customers, maintaining detailed records in our ticketing system, and executing repairs efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
- Good mechanical & problem solving skills.
- 2+ years of cycling industry service experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in servicing suspension is a MASSIVE plus.
- Applicants should have the ability to self-motivate and ability to focus in a busy, sometimes loud environment.
- Applicants should be willing to take direction from leadership as well as more experienced peers.
- Applicants should be willing to receive feedback to foster growth.
- Applicants should be willing to maintain a presentable appearance while in the workplace. JRA Cycles branded apparel is supplied to all employees and will be expected to be worn during work hours.
- Applicants should be available to work Saturdays.
Wages:
- $20 - $24+ per hour, depending on experience
Customer Experience Specialist
Full-Time & Part-Time
Description:
While JRA Cycles is at it’s core a brick and mortar bicycle shop, we also pride ourselves in our ability to provide our community with a wide variety of technical apparel, accessories, and nutrition. We’re looking to hire full-time and part-time retail associates to join our sales floor team to help deliver exemplary service to our active community.
Requirements:
- We’re looking for applicants who are beaming with positivity, have high energy, and who are comfortable talking with new people day in-and-out.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
- Applicants should be teachable and eager to dig in & learn more about the product lines we sell within our store.
- Applicants should be willing to take direction from leadership as well as more experienced peers.
- Applicants should have the ability to self-motivate and ability to focus in a busy, sometimes loud environment.
- Applicants should be willing to receive feedback to foster growth.
